Today I picked up a copy of Scott, the first solo effort from Scott Walker, originally released in 1967. It was recently reissued by the fantastic 4 Men With Beards label, which has been on a spree of reissuing amazing records since, I believe 2001. Scott is undeniably a must own record, but what picking it up today also reminded me of was the documentary Scott Walker: 30 Century Man. For a little while this film wasn’t available in the US, fortunately it is now. Below is the trailer.

About time you picked up Marquee Moon. Regarding Bardo Pond, there are better records of theirs to start with.
