Like Lipstick Traces documents the lives of thirteen graffiti writers using polaroids each of these individuals shot during a two year period of time. I’ll be interested to see the finished product, in particular due to the fact that graffiti books seem like a dime a dozen these days and often look grossly similar to the last. You can find out more about the book here. I’m hoping to check it out soon.

Hey Spencer,
Writing the Memory of the City is an amazing book that redefines what graffiti is and how it can be used. It focuses on 15 artists in Berlin and totally refreshes what I agree has become a stale genre in art publishing. The design of the book is incredible as well.
